• Collaborate with sales and production teams to deliver exceptional customer service

• Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations with customers

• 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers of all levels
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
• Experience in the apparel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
