Job Description

Work within a team of experienced sales & customer success experts to build long-term relationships with our customers
Work daily with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful operation of robots in the field
Prepare & execute onsite trials, demos & deployments including training
Be the first point of contact for our customers to understand and enable their vision and support their day-to-day robot operation tasks
Provide support onsite at our customers to understand and identify cause of issues
Work closely with the technical operations and support team to ensure a successful customer journey
Demonstrate ER Software & different robot platforms to customers remotely & onsite
Provide technical expertise and support to assist the sales team during customer workshops on- & offline
Attend & lead regular customer meetings to keep track of project vision and progress
Perform live demos at customer sites and remotely to showcase the capabilities of our product.

Technical background (education or professional experience in IT/Science/Engineering)
Technical knowledge and a strong understanding of current technologies
Natural communication and people skills, remotely and in person: you will be interacting with people as much as robots
Enjoys engaging with customers and assisting them in navigating complex systems
Willingness to learn something new every day, working at the cutting edge of technology
Hands-on mentality and creative problem-solving approach
First experiences in IT / Industrial / Field Service environments (e.g. internships)
Personal interest in technology in general and robotics, IT, AI topics in particular
Fluent in English & German
Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad regularly

Experience in the robotic industry
Experience with ROS, Docker, Grafana
Experience with Python
Experience analyzing Linux Log files (journald, syslog)
German language skills, as well as any other language, are an advantage
