We're looking for a friendly, solution-oriented
Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, solving problems, and making sure they have a seamless experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues and finding effective solutions
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role preferred
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
