Customer Service Representative - Medical Device
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid - 2 days WFH after training)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing medical supply company in Irvine. The role involves supporting clients with orders, product questions, and account needs while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding orders, products, and account inquiries
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, shipping) to resolve issues quickly
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and order management systems
• Provide product information and troubleshoot common issues
• Handle complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through attentive service

Qualifications:

• 2+ year of customer service experience ( medical device/medical supply experience highly preferred )
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and order entry/CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
