Your Impact:

• Be the voice & face of J&L Auto Body. Greet customers in person and on the phone, answer questions, schedule appointments, and keep clients updated on their repairs.
•   Keep everything running smoothly. Assist estimators and managers with scheduling, coordinating repair jobs, and ensuring follow-ups are handled efficiently.
•   Deliver 5-star service. Check in with customers post-repair to make sure they’re thrilled with their vehicle and address any questions with care.
