TK Health is currently hiring multiple Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our team at Jefferson County Jail. We offer competitive pay, great benefits , and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a correctional setting.
\n\n\n Available Positions & Hours \n\nWe are hiring for the following schedules:
\n\nWeekends: Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
\n\tFull-Time - Nights: 7:00PM - 7:00AM
\n\tFull-Time – Weekdays: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (or adjust if needed)
\n\tPart-Time & PRN (as needed): Flexible hours available
\n\tMaster’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
\n\tLicensure required: LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LADC
\n\tExperience in correctional, crisis, or substance abuse settings is preferred
\n\tConduct mental health assessments and crisis interventions
\n\tProvide suicide risk evaluations and prevention support
\n\tDeliver MAT and substance abuse counseling
\n\tDevelop and implement individualized treatment and release plans
\n\tCoordinate care with medical, jail, and community providers
\n\tParticipate in on-call coverage as needed
\n\tOffer training for correctional staff on mental health topics
