Our team is passionate about helping customers find the perfect fit for their space—and we’re looking for a Regional Market Manager who shares that drive.

$80,000 to $100,000 a year. Salary based on experience.

Your Role

As a Regional Market Manager, you’ll be the strategic leader responsible for driving growth, managing performance, and expanding RiteRug’s footprint across your territory. You’ll oversee your regional teams, build lasting client relationships, and ensure operational excellence that reflects our brand promise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Directs teams within the region.
  • Lead and mentor sales teams to exceed performance targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and cultivate high-value partnerships
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless experience
  • Supports all divisions in the managed area: Retail, Builder, and Property Management
  • Handles any policy issues and staffing needs of the region.
  • Uphold company standards in safety, service, and professionalism

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in operations. Preferably in the flooring, building materials, or home improvement industry
  • Proven success in regional sales leadership and market development
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel within the region (approx. 30–40%)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
