What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead one or more project work streams to implement impactful solutions addressing client business challenges
Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing junior Huron staff to achieve project objectives
Create and utilize work plans to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively
Apply critical thinking skills to analyze data, identify gaps and risks, and develop sustainable recommendations for improvement
Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality project deliverables and fostering their professional growth

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree required
3 to 5 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience, preferably in healthcare or consulting
Direct supervisory experience, including coaching, mentorship, and performance management
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Relevant hospital or physician revenue cycle experience supervising a department and/or team-based projects
Experience in a matrixed organization
Familiarity with denials management, revenue integrity, or patient access services
