Job Description:
We are seeking Construction Labourers with an interest in landscape construction and underpinning . This role involves physically demanding work, including excavation, concrete work, material handling, and site preparation. You’ll work alongside experienced crews on high-quality outdoor projects and foundation reinforcement jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with excavation, demolition, and concrete forming for underpinning and landscaping projects
Carry and load materials including soil, gravel, stone, concrete, and tools
Support the installation of retaining walls, patios, walkways, and other hardscape features
Operate hand tools and light equipment (e.g., jackhammers, compactors)
Mix and pour concrete for footings, pads, and other structural components
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., masons, concrete finishers, machine operators)
Requirements:
Previous experience in landscape or foundation work is a strong asset
Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing repetitive tasks
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation preferred
Knowledge of construction safety regulations is an advantage
