Job Description

Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Hilton Grand Vacations As the marketing leader on site you are responsible for directing the activities of the LM teams to obtain maximum production and efficiencies. This position spends a majority of time in the field supporting the marketing locations and Team Members, with time also spent on administrative work, developing training, and other marketing focuses as directed by the Sr Director of Marketing. Responsibilities Leads the team to support overall department processes and procedures; enforces all departmental and Company guidelines and policies Daily interactions with marketing desk locations at multiple HGV locations in Charleston Recruits and interviews potential new Team Members; participates in new hire training and mentoring Proactively schedules ongoing workshops and training sessions (group and 1:1 in the field) to support maximum production, team building and culture Collects feedback from Resort Operations, Sales and Tour Reception to improve marketing strategies Provides weekly updates to Sr Director on site marketing operations Collaborates with all departments to meet business needs Supports and coaches individual Team Members to ensure commitment to the sales process and maximum efficiency Organizes and leads monthly trainings for Marketing Team Members who are underperforming Keeps Sr Director informed of relevant business or team member information Implements tools to enhance productivity and maintains documentation of issues within Marketing Provides coaching and performance documentation, including reviews Addresses team members’ inquiries regarding payroll, NQs, coding, and spiffs Maintains a motivated team environment and handles employee relations with guidance from leadership/HR Ensures staffing is at optimum levels; manages schedules and PTO to meet department requirements Ensures timely processing of weekly team schedules Ensures policies, procedures and training manuals are updated per Sr Director of Marketing Meets monthly, quarterly and yearly goals for tour flow, volume, penetration, VPG and package sales Assists in resolving customer relations issues at sales galleries or post-tour Ensures current promotions and materials are available at all locations Cover shifts as needed, including interacting with guests, booking tours and selling packages Monitors marketing reps’ presentations and customer interactions Maintains staffing at optimum levels and provides coverage for call-outs or shift changes Anticipates challenges and proactively problem-solves with Management to protect production Adheres to Hilton Values and holds Marketing Team Members accountable to them Carry out other reasonable requests by Management What we are looking for At least 3 years of branded timeshare Marketing experience At least 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience Strong ability to recruit, train and motivate Marketing professionals Proven track record of success in field Marketing Flexible and able to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Proficient in Microsoft Office We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
