Essential Functions:

• Receive visitors and provide direction to proper party/department.
• Answer and route incoming telephone calls for staff, residents, and other departments
• Provide appropriate general information and directions.
• Receive and record package and flower delivery, phone residents to arrange pick-up.
• Sort facility mail and distributes to proper department.
• Receive and record prescription deliveries, phone residents to arrange pick-up.
• Record guest room reservations using outlook calendar, and send appropriate information to housekeeping, food service and business office.
• Provides clerical support for business office and other departments as requested.
• Make copies of the census and distribute.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED. College credits are an asset.
• Receptionist, customer service, prior work with older adults.

• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Computer literacy competency.
