The Training Manager is responsible for design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for all Chauffeurs, with a strong focus on luxury service delivery, safety, compliance, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency. This role is key to ensuring all Chauffeurs embody core standards and company values.

Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following tasks satisfactorily;

• Develop and facilitate onboarding, ongoing, and refresher training programs for the Enterprises Chauffeur Management Program.
• Collaborates with Senior leadership to execute the organization's goals and strategy related to Training, to develop and maintain the Policies, Procedures and Standards of Operations for the Chauffeur Management Program.
• Develop and maintain effective Communication with other key employees involved in the successful execution of the Chauffeur Management Program including Chauffeurs, Director of Operations, Chauffeur and Compliance Manager, Dispatch Manager, Reservations Manager, Fleet Manager, and Compliance Officer.

• Design training curriculum focused on luxury hospitality standards, safety procedures, defensive driving, vehicle care, and communication etiquette.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics and ensure continuous improvements.

• Implement learning systems such as in-person workshops, LMS platforms and e-learning.

• Train the trainer: develop with Chauffeurs council.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Fleet, HR, Compliance and Safety departments to align training with company objectives.

• Maintain training records and provide reports on attendance, completion, and outcomes.

• Promote a culture of service excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

• Train Chauffeurs, during onboarding and ongoing, through classroom and hands-on experience, in the Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge needed to work in a Professional, Accommodating, Courteous and Efficient manner including our 20 core standards.

• Performs other duties as required.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role, preferably in hospitality, luxury services, or passenger transportation.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Bachelors degree is preferred.
• Must have insurable driving record. CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement is required.

• Familiarity with transportation regulations (DOT, OSHA) is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, BambooHR, Santa Cruz or related software.

• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

• In-depth understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
