Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide basic care and support, such as feeding, toileting, and incontinence care
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff
• Assist with transfers and ambulation, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
Requirements:
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in healthcare desired
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
