We’re seeking a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in medical cash posting.

Ideal candidates

• Must have cash posting experience in healthcare, have a proven track record creating batches (not just processing them)

• Handling high-volume transactions (including $1M+ deposits), and navigating complex remittances.

• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and PDFs is essential, along with a solid understanding of EOBs and the medical billing process.
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the cash posting team

• Post and reconcile payments in GE

• Analyze EOBs and claim data

• Manage daily/monthly cash reports and adjustments

• Investigate unapplied funds and credit balances

• Create reports using Excel/Access
  

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years as a medical cash poster (title must be on resume and in healthcare industry)

• Strong Excel and PDF skills (Must pass assessment including VLOOKUPs/Pivot Tables)

• Knowledge of payer regulations and revenue cycle

• High attention to detail and analytical skills

• A high school diploma, Bachelors highly preferred.

• Ability to type 35WPM, 10-Key

This is an ONSITE position with flexibility to start as soon as 7am post training. Monday to Friday

Pay Details: $41,000.00 to $56,000.00 per year
