Do you want to assist in the launch of a brand-new, modern car wash? We're seeking an experienced and motivated Rinse Commander to take charge of daily operations, build and lead a great team, and deliver exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the start-up and day-to-day operations of a new car wash facility
• Hire, train, and manage a team of employees
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Maintain equipment and coordinate maintenance when needed
• Monitor performance, sales, and labor metrics to drive business success
• Promote a clean, safe, and efficient environment for staff and customers
• Uphold company standards and create a positive team culture

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in car wash, retail, or service management
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• A hands-on, lead-by-example attitude
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with car wash equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work outdoors and maintain a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
