Opportunity

As part of the Operations Consulting Generalist team you are expected to develop and deploy digital solutions for financial services products and manage changes to operations, including people, process, and technology. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for conducting market research, managing project delivery, and developing and growing team members.

What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 7 years of experience.


What Sets You Apart
  • Master of Business Administration in Business Administration/Management, Operations Management/Research, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer and Information Science & Accounting preferred.
  • CFA, CPP preferred.
  • Developing and deploying digital financial services solutions.
  • Managing large teams through operational changes.
  • Leading significant business results.
  • Building collaborative relationships with team members.
  • Conducting market research and quantitative analyses.
  • Managing delivery from project scoping to conclusion.
  • Familiarity with systems and tools in trade lifecycle.

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
