We're looking for passionate go-getters to join our Entry Level Business Manager team. As an Entry Level Business Manager, you'll dive headfirst into the action, working with clients to create strategies that perfectly align with their goals and help them crush the competition.

The Entry Level Business Manager is an entry-level position that involves supporting the business development team in identifying and qualifying new sales leads, marketing our diverse client portfolio, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for sales and a strong desire to learn and grow.

What our Entry Level Business Managers are Responsible for:

Qualifications of the Entry Level Business Manager:

• A high school diploma or equivalent —college coursework or relevant certifications are a plus
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or a related field- we're happy to train motivated candidates ready to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
