Job Description

The Lilia Caffe is an authentic Italian, neighborhood Caffe. House-made pastries and savory selections coupled with warm hospitality are at the heart of the operation. Caffe team members have a sincere interest in coffee-making, hospitality and small-business operations. Barista experience is required.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and take their beverage and food orders.
• Makes consistent coffee and espresso beverages according to industry standards. 
• Enter guest orders into SALIDO, our POS, and indicate relevant notes upon order.
• Process payment and fulfill orders (the shift barista will fulfill coffee orders).
• Communicate guest notes to Management and Chefs.
• Accept and process online orders in a timely manner.
• Set-up outdoor Caffe seating and dining room furniture for dinner service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Caffe and outdoor seating area throughout service.
• Daily product inventory and Department of Health mock walk-through’s. 
• Assist with training new team members.
