Who You Are:
You’re an experienced barista with a strong background in the restaurant industry. You understand that hospitality goes far beyond just making drinks — it’s about connection, care, and consistently exceeding expectations. You’re equally comfortable moving with pace, recommending food and drinks, and delivering a consistently warm guest experience.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver warm, welcoming, and attentive service to every guest
Prepare excellent coffee and espresso drinks using our state-of-the-art Eversys fully automatic espresso machine
Maintain deep knowledge of our food offerings and assist guests with thoughtful recommendations
Support daily café operations including opening/closing duties, cleanliness, and restocking
Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a seamless and positive environment
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a restaurant or café setting is required
Familiarity with coffee and espresso service — no need for latte art; our system ensures precision and consistency
Deep appreciation for quality ingredients and scratch-made food
Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented personality
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing service standards
Flexible availability, including weekends and mornings
