Job Description

Company Information: Headquartered in Palm Desert, CA, Daily Grill Concepts is a national restaurant company with 5 restaurants in California and Texas, as well as a Catering division. The Company boasts 2 different, yet complimentary brands, spanning the spectrum from Upscale Casual Daily Grill to the hip and trendy Public School Gastro Pubs to full service catering under First Class Catering Service. We are looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality focused team members to join our team! Job Responsibilities:

Support the bar's operations by ensuring bartenders have everything they need to serve customers.
Keeping a clean, health department ready bar and maintaining all health and safety standards and protocols.
Conducting daily line checks, ensuring cleanliness, freshness, and being set up for the shift.
Restocking bar items such as liquor, beer, wine, ice, garnishes, glassware, napkins, straws, etc.
Cleaning and polishing dishware, clean bar area counters, floors, take out trash.
Unpacking the liquor/wine/beer deliveries, and daily liquor room maintenance.
Assist bartenders with taking orders and delivering food.
Following all alcohol safety protocol and ABC guidelines
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with fellow team members, with a heavy teamwork focus.
Providing hospitality focused service, with an emphasis on guests having a great experience.

Job Requirements:

Must have an open availability including weekends and holidays
Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience
Positive and Professional Attitude
Strong multi-tasking ability, with the ability to work well under pressure
Must be at least 21 years old
Must present a Food Handlers card and Responsible Alcohol Certification within 30 days of hire
Must be able to walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist for 4-12 hours/day
Must be able to push, pull, or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
