We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanical Quality Control Specialist to join our team in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a State Inspection License, a comprehensive understanding of vehicle mechanics, and experience as a lube technician.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles alongside team members, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate workflow and assignments within the team to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and provide resolution in collaboration with technicians and management.
• Implement quality control procedures and standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in automotive mechanics and quality control practices.
• Maintain accurate records of team performance, inspection results, and repairs.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• State Inspection License is preferred.
• Proven experience in automotive quality control or a related field, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Previous work experience as a lube technician preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of vehicle mechanics and diagnostic procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify subtle mechanical issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
