Job Description : Employee will assist in the preparation and production of CBS13 and CW31 Newscasts. Responsibilities : Preparing formats and scripts for news shows Operating studio production equipment including teleprompter, graphics, and newsroom computer systems Other duties as needed Qualifications : Television experience and/or college background in television preferred. Candidate should have familiarity with studio and control room practices; newsroom operation experience is a plus. Communication skills are essential. Individual must be able to work flexible hours and overtime, including early mornings and weekends. Hiring Salary Range : $17.00 - 17.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
