Pipeline Development: Strategize and manage a robust sales pipeline, converting prospects into signed contracts. Solution Delivery: Collaborate with teams to design, deploy, and ensure top-tier SAP solutions tailored to client needs. Revenue Targets: Exceed individual scorecard metrics focused on signings, revenue, and gross profit contributions. Partner Leverage: Utilize SAP partner programs to enhance service offerings and client value. Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong ties with clients, internal stakeholders, and partner communities. Required technical and professional expertise Experience: Minimum 7 years in SAP consulting, preferably in a consulting or tech services context. Expertise: In-depth SAP knowledge, market trends, and partner ecosystem dynamics. Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales, skilled in closing complex deals and managing large-scale implementations. Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior team members, advancing IBM Consulting's SAP practice.
