Description:
This role focuses on advising private equity funds and corporate clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, minority investments, and other complex transactions. You will handle all stages of the deal lifecycledrafting purchase and ancillary agreements, managing due diligence, leading negotiations, and coordinating multi-jurisdictional closings. Youll also advise clients on general corporate governance and compliance matters. The position offers high levels of responsibility, early client contact, and a clear track for advancement to senior leadership.
