Job Description

Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in California lemon law. We represent clients across the state who have purchased defective vehicles that qualify as lemons. We are seeking Associate Attorneys with a minimum of 1 year in Lemon Law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in lemon law claims, including negotiating settlements and litigating cases in court.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options in connection with defective vehicles.
• Draft legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests, related to lemon law cases.
• Investigate and gather evidence, including vehicle repair records, expert reports, and other documentation to build strong cases.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in lemon law and consumer protection regulations.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to manage case progress and resolve disputes.
• Provide legal strategy and guidance to clients throughout the legal process, from initial consultation to final resolution.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management.

Other:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills, including prioritization of cases and adhering to deadlines, internal or those imposed by the Court.
• Strong organizational, time management, and skills in handling the caseloads required of the position.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment with other lawyers and paralegals.
• Proficient in MS Office and FileVine.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year + MONTHLY BONUS
