We are seeking an associate attorney to assist in the review of DUI and traffic cases from our police department clients, prepare cases for plea offers and litigation, run trials and hearings, and attend branch (traffic) court calls. We are looking for someone with experience as a prosecutor but are willing to train an exceptional candidate that lacks trial experience.
As prosecutors are required to be physically present in court, this is an in-office position. There may be some opportunity for remote work in certain instances depending on court schedules, but not as a regular part of a weekly schedule.
Salary is industry-competitive in relation to the applicant's experience, along with health insurance and a 401(k) plan, and a bonus structure based on client origination and other practice areas developed.
