Responsibilities:

• Conduct property appraisals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed appraisal reports and documentation.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional people skills.
• Utilize statistical methods, regression, and modeling for precise appraisals.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new methods and technologies in the appraisal industry.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Educated, with a focus on finance, accounting, engineering, or math.
• Exceptional people skills with a demonstrated ability to be public-facing.
• Teachable and coachable with a desire for continuous improvement.
• A career trajectory that suggests stability.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• 4-year degree preferred.
• Experience with statistics, especially regression and modeling.
• Bilingual skills for public-facing roles.
• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills.
