• Provide testimony in valuation disputes and hearings as needed.
• Stay updated on local and state property laws and appraisal practices.
• Utilize appraisal software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
