Apartment Leasing Consultant – Full-Time
Atascadero, CA
$22–$24/hour (DOE)
️ Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Are you a people person with a passion for real estate and customer service? We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Leasing Consultant to join our team in beautiful Atascadero, CA . This is a full-time, on-site position with consistent weekday hours — no weekends required!
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist prospective residents, providing property tours and showcasing apartment features
Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
Assist with the leasing process from application to move-in
Maintain accurate records of traffic, leasing activity, and renewals
Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents
Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a great living experience
What We’re Looking For:
Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor with strong organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using leasing/property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)
