Job Description
Looking for Experienced Apartment Leasing Agent
Responsibilities of the Leasing Agent:· Showing Apartments
· Taking telephone inquiries
· Greeting current and future residents
· Taking applications, deposits and verifying all information to be true and correct
· Follow up of prospects and current residents needs
· Posting and monitoring ads
· Assisting the Property Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations
· Ensures the efficient operation of the property
Qualifications for the Leasing Agent:· At least 3-6 months experience working in residential property management as a Leasing Agent
· Customer service
· Strong computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, email and internet
· Exceptional organization and time management skills required
· Work well under pressure
· Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
