Job Title: Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: West Omaha, NE
Duration: 3–6 months (with potential for extension)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary assignment in West Omaha. The ideal candidate will have experience with three-way matching and a strong understanding of AP processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents
Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
Resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payments
Assist with month-end closing and reporting
Maintain organized records and documentation for audits
Support other accounting functions as needed
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong understanding of three-way matching
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with high-volume invoice processing
