job summary: This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires collaborating with team leaders decision makers related to projects or smaller programs. They facilitate sync points across multiple teams tenable delivery. location: Plano, Texas job type: Contract salary: $68.38 - 78.38 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Drives agile ceremonies including Pre Planning routines, Program Increment Planning Routines, Monitor Backlog health, Agile Release Train Syncs Provides visibility in to the Agile team's delivery plans and progress against plan to stakeholders on Tangible Business Outcomes, Metrics and technology Deliverables Manages risk including dependency management, impediment removal and compliance with Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements Communicates the target outcomes, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides visibility in to the health of the program. qualifications: Ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, cost. Manage financials for the projects, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners. Coordinates and facilitates the project routines - e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
