Job Description

Title: Agile Scrum Master Location: Regional Description (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Compensation: Pay Range:$54.39-$77.70/Hrs Description:

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables.
• Collaborate with team leaders and decision-makers on projects or smaller programs.
• Ensure execution and delivery meet client expectations regarding functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
• Facilitate sync points across multiple teams to enable delivery.
• Drive agile ceremonies and provide visibility into the Agile team's delivery plans.
• Manage risks, including dependency management and impediment removal.
• Coordinate and facilitate project routines and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate work objectives and coordinate delivery.
• Manage issues and risks, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Provide end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables.
• Facilitate sync points across multiple teams to enable delivery.
• Manage financials for projects and assist with resource planning.
• Coordinate and facilitate project routines such as kick-off and status reviews.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Strong presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in solution design and technical strategy development.
• Proficiency in agile methodology, SDLC, and issue tracking and reporting.
