Job Description

Title : Agile Scrum Master Location :Regional Description (Hybrid) Employment Type :Contract Compensation Pay Range:$54.53-$77.91/Hrs Description:

Work closely with senior business partners to understand their needs and align with the Technology Development Team.
Possess deep understanding of Capital Markets Deal Origination and Deal Pipeline, Debt, Equity, and Loans Business.
Create and communicate the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and align on priorities.
Create and prioritize features/epics and stories in the program backlog.
Ensure optimum value is obtained through technology and an advanced understanding of the business.
Provide application training and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Gain an in-depth understanding of Capital Markets applications and their business usage.
Create and communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities.
Create and prioritize work for cross-functional teams.
Refine stories with the team to ensure readiness for upcoming sprints.
Review and accept stories, making decisions on scope and requirements.
Provide application training and demonstrations.

Qualifications:

BA or BS degree in information technology or computer science.
MBA or MS degree preferable.
8-10 years of experience in Capital Markets Deal Origination and Deal Pipeline.
Experience with capital markets and the syndication process.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Agile skills to write quality User Stories and prioritize backlog items.
Experience working as part of a global team is a plus.
