Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, coordinating and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires collaborating with team leaders decision makers related to projects or smaller programs Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing issues risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables Ensure execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost Facilitate sync points across multiple teams to enable delivery Drive agile ceremonies including Pre Planning routines, Program Increment Planning Routines, Monitor Backlog health, Agile Release Train Syncs Provide visibility into the Agile team's delivery plans and progress against plan to stakeholders on Tangible Business Outcomes, Metrics and technology Deliverables Manage risk including dependency management, impediment removal and compliance with Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements Communicate the target outcomes, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide visibility into the health of the program Ensure execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, cost Manage financial for the projects, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners Coordinate and facilitate the project routines - e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule Requirements: Strong presentation skills - written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail with strong time management, information organization change management skills JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) Agile methodology, SDLC, STLC, Issues Tracking and Reporting, SCRUM, JIRA reports, release processes, software environments Ability to communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary team while juggling multiple priorities Collaborate to conceptualize project plans/ideas with technology team leaders and present to executive decision makers Ability to incorporate live feedback in meetings Solution Design Technical Strategy Development Architecture Automation Pay range: $68.38 - $76.38 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
