**Responsibilities:**
Build and expand a client base through networking, prospecting, and community engagement.
Provide clients with education on various insurance options, including auto, home, life, business, and specialty products.
Evaluate customer needs to deliver customized insurance solutions.
Foster and maintain client relationships through regular communication and policy reviews.
Achieve and surpass sales goals, prioritizing long-term client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends and Farmers Insurance offerings.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with effective time management.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to obtain or hold a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty).
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
