We are currently looking for instructors for our hands-on after school programs and summer camps. Must be available between the hours of 2:00 and 5:00 for after school, or 8 to 3 for summer camps. This position would be 1 to 5 days a week with approximately a 1 hr for after school class each day. After school programs take place at several elementary and pre-schools throughout Fairfield County. This is for you if you enjoy working with elementary aged children.
Job require:
1. Working experience with kids age 5 to 13. (College education major student is welcome).
2. Have reliable transportation.
3. Be able to obtain a background check through the school system.
Compensation: $30+ per class . This rate will be gradually raised by feedback from enrollment; kids; parents etc. (with potential increases based on performance and feedback)

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging LEGO® after school classes for children.
- Manage classroom effectively, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide individualized support to students, incorporating teaching strategies for diverse learners.
- Utilize first aid skills when necessary and adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with parents and school staff to address student needs and progress.
- Incorporate creative and educational activities to enhance children's development.
