What Youll Do as an Aerospace Recruiter:

• Play a pivotal role in building a world-class team for nin Aerospace.
• Work with top-tier clients on exciting aviation and aerospace projects.
• Utilize industry-leading ATS and VMS systems to streamline your recruiting efforts (AS9100 preferred)
• Source, qualify, and recruit top-tier talent for open positions.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and manage the onboarding process for new hires, providing a smooth transition.
• Ensure exceptional customer service to candidates, clients, and teammates.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Partner with the payroll team for accurate weekly pay processing.

Are You a Fit?

• You have proven experience in aerospace, recruiting, or a related niche field.
• You thrive in a pay-on-performance environment with unlimited earning potential.
• You're a self-motivated go-getter with a passion for learning and exceeding expectations.
• Are proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). AS9100 expertise is a plus!
• Possesses exemplary customer service skills, building strong relationships with candidates and clients alike.
• You excel in high-pressure environments, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and effortlessly can adapt to changing priorities.
• You reside in or near Charleston, SC, or are willing to relocate.
• Bonus points if you have experience with FAA compliance and drug & alcohol testing!
