Ecommerce Account Manager (AM)
This is a complex, fast-paced and rewarding position. AM will be working with an industry-leading, full-service agency with a focus on Amazon, Walmart.com, Sams.com, and Target.com. This will require the ability to manage multiple tasks and work with various parties involved in a complex and rapidly changing environment while maintaining outstanding relationships with our clients.
The AM has a business owner mindset and is responsible for driving success for his/her clients. This includes managing project schedules and deliverables, working with clients to build successful go-to-market strategies, executing platform specific strategies and working with internal teams to ensure our services consistently exceed client expectations.
Location: Powder Springs GA, special consideration will be given to the Chicago, IL and Bentonville AR area's.
AM Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Be the client’s Ecommerce business manager: Communication with clients is key!
· Oversee client onboarding process
· Develop and execute growth-focused business plans with clients, to include strategy, marketing, content, and inventory issues
· Proactively identify client needs and issues, identify solutions working collaboratively with our other team members and see them through to completion
· Possess a clear understanding and command of client metrics related to growth, sales, inventory, brand content, marketing, and ROI
· Coach and educate clients on key business drivers and inputs
· Be an excellent manager of projects and deliverables
· Develop/Execute monthly, quarterly and annual Sales and Marketing updates to client
· Communicate weekly with clients to understand business needs, priorities, project status and sales updates.
· Provide “Best in Class” Ecommerce advisory and education
· Execute analysis to make recommendations and client deliverables
· Develop and provide monthly commissions reports to internal finance team
· Work closely with Philippines team for catalogue management
Example Weekly Activities
· Written progress summary of weekly/monthly business development initiatives
· Regular meetings and calls with Clients and Sales Leaders, communicating performance metrics, opportunities for business improvement, needs, concerns and ensuring projects are on time and identifying risks
· Monthly update to Ubiquity team of opportunities, challenges, etc. – updates to include strategic emphases by customer/channel
· Additional responsibilities may include policy recommendations, order recommendations or forecast recommendations
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Client Management
· Goal Setting
· Realtime understanding of client goals and objectives
· Strategic alignment of client capabilities and buyer needs
· Co-develop quarterly and annual plans to ensure client sales and profit targets are achieved
· Formulate quarterly sales development strategies to increase account market share
· Work with the retail media team to ensure development and implementation of customer category strategy, key timelines, and activity requirements
· Clear understanding of retail media strategy, activities, and actual execution/results
· Achieve (or exceed) all key sales measures in the annual plan
· Review and analyze daily sales results
· Compare actual v. projected / plan results and participate in budget process
· Overall Continuous Improvement, identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of the categories
Account Administration
· Ensure all expenses are documented and invoiced timely
· Responsible for ensuring expectations are clear on invoice process and calculations
· Ensure Contracts are updated and current
· Understand client payment terms with Customer along with any deductions & claims
· Ensure the creation and maintenance of client briefs

Desired Skills and Qualifications
· 3+ years’ experience in:
· Amazon Account Management (Vendor Central and Seller Central) experience, or experience managing an Amazon business for a vendor is strongly preferred
· Client or Account Management Experience
· Digital Marketing / Advertising
· Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook required; experience with Helium 10, SmartScout, Intentwise, Skai, Teikametrics, Amazon Seller and Vendor Central (3P and 1P), Walmart Seller Central, and SEO a plus
